Niv Shank is a Paris-based photographer and filmmaker who discovered his passion for documenting the world through a lens at an early age. Raised in a multicultural home, with an Eastern European father and a Middle Eastern mother, he developed a deep curiosity for exploring cultures, places, languages, and people.

For Niv, photography became the perfect medium to explore and tell stories. He believes the most authentic moments are captured in the in-between, when his subjects are at ease, and it’s these genuine connections that he loves to document. A passionate traveler, his first destination was Italy. He spent two years touring Europe, photographing and immersing himself in diverse cultures—an experience that profoundly shaped his work and artistic vision.

Niv’s creative approach is driven by a vision to create images inspired by real life, authentic people, candid moments, landscapes, and memories. He primarily works on location, always crafting a narrative to give depth and meaning to his imagery.
